Favourite Drugstore Berry Lip Products

The Autumn/Winter season is that time of year where you see celebs rocking darker, berry lips. Even though I'm a huge lover of lipsticks, this year is actually my first time braving this berry lip trend. It's a very bold look and definitely perfect at this time of year to wear with neutral eye makeup and warm tone blushers. So I thought I would let you girls know my very few favourite berry lip products from the drugstore. I don't have many berry lip products, as I've already mentioned, I'm a newbie with the whole berry lips trend. I've swatched them all for you so that you have an idea of how the colour actually looks on the skin.

From this little selection of lip products, my favourite has to be the Maybelline Color Drama. I like to apply this as a lipliner before applying lipstick. And I also love the Barry M lipstick in 156. It has a red-ish undertone compared to the others. I Maybelline 'Dark Night Waterl-oops has a bit of shine which I don't like but I like to blot it with tissue to give it a matte finish. But the colour is lovely, its a lot darker and has a purple-ish tone to it. I would love to try other berry lipsticks drugstore and would love to know your favourite berry lip product. Let me know in the comment section!

Outfit: Feeling Blue

Hi everyone! I hope you all are having a great Monday! I've been on a hunt for a crow neck crop jumper and I finally got the perfect one from New Look. I love the colour and even though they didn't have any in my size, to me I think it still fits fine. I do like my sweaters baggy and comfy. The one I'm wearing is 2 sizes bigger than the size I usually wear. So I went for a chic, stylish look by pairing this sweater with some wet look leggings and open ankle boots. I got a little bored of my usual hairstyle, so I went for a messy bun this time. Let me know what you think? I hope this outfit inspired you all, let me know what you think of this outfit?

Sunday Post: Easy Homemade Starbucks Inspired White Chocolate and Peppermint Latte

Hello everyone! I hope you all are having a great weekend. I do love my favourite Festive Starbucks drinks, but not all of us girls can always treat ourselves these festive drinks. Especially if your on a budget and trying to save money for other things, such as buying christmas presents, food and party outfits. So I decided to share with you all a little something you can make for yourself that can save you alot of money from having to stop at starbucks every time you walk past it. Starbucks have been serving their White Chocolate and peppermint Mocha for a few years now. I'm not a fan of Mochas because they are too strong for me, so I decided to make my own, which is a little more creamier and less strong. But if your into strong coffee than you can change it a little to suit your taste. So to find out how I made this easy, quick Starbucks inspired White Chocolate and Peppermint latte, then continue reading! And I hope this inspired you all and do let me know on my instagram @Nivii06 if you decided to re-create this drink! would love to know if you did! Let me know if you also love their Festive drinks as much as I do, and which one is your favourite!?

got this pack of candy canes from WHSmith for only 99p!! I am sure you can get it at any grocery store.

Lindor Lindt White Chocolate squashed

Half of a Candy Cane
Lindor Lindt White Chocolate
Hot Milk

1) Firstly, (you all probably already know this step) turn on the kettle. While the water is boiling add a teaspoon of your favourite coffee into your mug.

2) While you are still waiting for the water to boil, squash the Lindor White Chocolate (as shown in the picture) so that it can melt easily and also break a candy cane in half. If you like you can use more than half. And then break that half into smaller chunks.

3) Once the water has boiled, fill half of the mug with the water and stir. Straight away chuck in the squashed White chocolate and stir. Once the chocolate has melted, throw in the candy cane peices and keep stiring while the water is still hot so that it can melt away.

4) Once everything has melted add your preferred amount of hot milk. I usually heat the milk in the microwave because I don't add too much milk.

5) This step is optional, if you don't like your Starbucks drink with cream, than you can leave this step out and enjoy your drink! But I like it with cream so I added a fair amount (or alot) of whipped cream which you can get at any supermarket in the dessert section.

And Vwalla! You can sit back and enjoy your quick and easy homemade Starbucks Coffee!!

Nails: Midnight Sparkles

Hello everyone and here is another one of my 'nail of the day' posts. I just experimented with these two nail polishes and to be honest I had no idea how the end result would look like. I think I failed a little with this look but I still decided to share it with you all because we all know everyone has their own opinions. I may not like it as much, but it may inspire some of you girls. So here is my failed attempt of 'midnight sparkles'. But I promise, my next Nail post will be a lot more better than this one.

Firstly, I applied two coats of Barry M 'Persian' from their Limited Edition Aquarium collection. And then on the tips of each nail, I dabbed Barry M 'Rockstar' from their glitter collection. And slowly without adding more product, I brought some of the glitter product lower to give the 'glitter ombre' effect. So instead of painting the glitter, I dabbed it, which gives more control and lets me apply the right amount of glitter I need. And then finally topped it off with a clear top coat. And Vwalla!!
